USING SPARKY'S FYAHCRACKER CHILLI SAUCE

Unlike that foreign red hot sauce owned and mass-produced by a multinational food company, we hand make Sparky's Fyahcracker Chilli Sauce with love from the best ingredients.

USING SPARKY'S JERK MARINADE

NOW IT"S SUPER EASY TO BE A KITCHEN/BBQ STAR

• Squeeze some lemon juice over the meat and leave for 10 - 15 minutes
• Salt optional • Rub Jerk Marinade into meat or vegtables

• Cover and leave overnight or longer in fridge (8 to 24 hours)
- or you can put the meat or vegetables in a clip lock bag, add Sparky's Jerk Marinade and massage

• Slowly grill or roast until cooked

• Don't forget to serve with Sparky's Fyahcracker Chilli Sauce

OVEN BAKING JERK CHICKEN

Preheat oven to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.

Place the chicken pieces skin-side up into the baking dish. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour 20 minutes, until no longer pink near the bone. Turn the oven on to grill, and cook until the skin crisps, 2 to 5 minutes.

BBQ COOKING JERK CHICKEN

Preheat a barbecue (ideally, a charcoal or wood fired one for smoky flavour) to high, then adjust to medium and grease the grill. Remove chicken from marinade, season with salt, then cook, turning, for 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
