We’re Still Kickin’
We survived and are back serving Sparky’s famous jerk chicken to the folks of Sydney.

Sparky’s has had to be a bit quiet over the last couple of COVID years which continued into the start of this year with many postponements due to the Omicron outbreak. And then, of course the extreme La Niña weather cycle saw those postponements turn into cancellations.
 
Do not fear – we survived and are slowly getting back to serving Sparky’s famous jerk chicken to the wonderful folks of Sydney.

We had an absolute cracker of a day at the Beer Footy Food Festival at Henson Oval in April which saw around 7000 people turn out for a beautifully sunny day in Marrickville.

Was so good to be back after nearly 3 years away due to the COVID lockdowns.
